700 mg of phytosterols per tablet, of which 8% are in their free form.
Plus Coenzyme Q10.
Contains Policosanol.
Phytosterols are natural components found in a variety of vegetables, fruits, nuts and seeds, with a chemical structure similar to that of cholesterol, they compete with it for absorption sites in the intestine and thus reduce the amount of cholesterol transported from the intestine and absorbed into the bloodstream.
A daily dose of 1-3 grams of phytosterols has been scientifically found to reduce LDL by up to 15%. Cephaly composition:
