Ingredients: rice protein powder, dextrose, flavor, anti-caking (silicon dioxide). Allergen Information: May contain soy, wheat-gluten, egg and milk (produced in a coat-trained dairy line). Directions for use: Transfer serving serving (2 tablespoons = 15 g) of powder to a suitable vessel, add 250-300 ml of liquid (juice, water), stir well and serve.
