    Borage oil has been widely used for centuries, mainly due to its high concentration of the characteristic gamma-linolenic acid (G.L.A.).
    Gamma Linolenic Acid is a hormone-like substance (prostaglandin) that plays a vital role in a variety of processes. Capsule Contents:

    Quantity component
    Borage seed oil1000 mg
    Gamma Linolenic Acid (GLA) 160 mg
    Linoleic Acid (Omega 6) 280 mg
    Oleic Acid (Omega 9) 90 mg

    Directions: 1-2 softgels daily, with food. Contents: 60 softgels.
